Links
Hey everyone,
I wanted to make a page of helpful links that I visit often so you guys can benefit from them as well. :)
The above picture seems to be one that a LOT of people should use. I constantly see other fitblrs getting questions about ‘how many calories a day do I need to eat?’
http://www.myfitnesspal.com/
^^^^ I use this as a way to count my calories, it’s super easy and you can also download if for FREE if you have an iTouch or an iPhone in the apps. store. :D
The coolest little feature is that you can even scan the barcode of a food item and it gets the calorie info for you!
Here are a few pictures of what the app looks like on my phone:

Healthy food recipe sites:
I have been following this girl, Taralynn for a while now, and she has TONS of healthy food recipies with the calories all counted out and with pictures, she also bakes quite often and that’s always great so you still get the pleasure of sugar, but not the backlash of unhealthy eating. You can find her stuff at the link below:

I just recently found this site, it is comprised of vegan foods and recepies. I have not had a chance to try them yet, but they all look wonderful!:

Other cool things:

Lululemon: Running and Yoga clothes! :D http://shop.lululemon.com/products/category/women-tops?ppid=women-clp:r1-l2

iPhone applications for health & fitness:
Fooducate: This app is wonderful and can be found on the android market as well. It tells you if something is healthy for you, gives it a grade A-F and you can even see better options in place of that food! :)

Water (lite): This app shows you how much water you should drink daily based on your weight it’s wonderful. One you drink a glass just put a glass on the table with a tap!

Couch to 5K: I love this app and this program it really gives non runners the hutspah to run! :D
